Syrian Government advance on Al-Qusayr to take it back from opposition forces on 6 June 2013.
An interesting feature of this map is that its on the Syria Lebanon border, which you can see marked in the white broken line.
The situation is that the Syrian Government are building up for an attack on Al-Qusayr but first off clear out all the smaller villages surrounding it beforehand. The action takes place over 3 weeks and Wikipedia has a pretty good breakdown of that time scale, at the end of which they assault Al-Qusayr itself.
The offensive is a success and the rebels loose a lot of their men, about half whilst the Syrians loose a much smaller number and even smaller percentage of their forces.
Syrian Government units are in place on the map edge. They get 2 squadrons of Mig 23 bombers on turn 15 that can each flight 4 sorties, so thats 8 sorties in total. I have estimated turn 15 as being about when the Syrian Governemnt might start the assault on Al-Qusayr as the Wikipedia article states that their assault had air power. I happen to think they will be able, technically, to take it out much earlier, but as said, the idea is to clear out the countryside first and then assault Al-Qusayr.
