Morocco send in troops to clear the route between the Moroccan controlled area of Western Sahara and Mauritania, the Guerguerat buffer zone, citing provocation from Polisario Front forces following complaints from truck drivers that have been stopped along the route causing the Polisario Front to declare the existing ceasefire void.

The scenario is designed to reflect the current situation. To represent possible activity, there are hidden smuggler units that can be cleared out of the area. The and Polisario Front irregular units are optional should you want to cross the border an escalate the situation.

There are also supply units that want to cross the border without being stopped.

The Guerguerat buffer zone is also patrolled by MINURSO forces which appear on turn 3 from the east. They are controlled in the Moroccan turn, but should be played independently.
