I was intrigued by this article on the Yeman civil war and its encroachment into Saudi Arabia and so thought i'd put this together to explore it a bit.
I have kept the units low because I really dont know what the whole situation is.
The article states that the rebel units were in Najran and Al-Rabou'ah and so I have put Houthi theres and a couple of Republican Guard units futher south that can be placed elsewhere. However, there could be other towns and villages that are occupied.
However, I would assume that this is mainly sqirmish activity and that the rebels have a lot more troops in Yemen proper and are not actually invading Saudi Arabia.
I dont really know enough about the Yemen civil war to know whats what, but it does seem a little further under the radar than the rest of the Middle East even though it appears just as volatile.
The white line is the Saudi/Yemen border.
Seems that the rebels are fighting aagainst a Saudi coalition so presumably the Saudis are fully in it. 'war between the Saudi-led coalition and Houthi rebels supported by forces loyal to former President Ali Abdullah Saleh'.
