Just a quick filler to maintain a flow in games coming on.
The site describes there being 4 stages to the advance of the Jund al Aqsa militia into the region and it's probably worth a look at the site and its map to visualise that. However, i have reflected that in the objective values, the objectives that were taken 29-31 August are worth 10 points, 1-11 September are worth 20 points, 21-24 September are 30 points and the final objective on 25 September is 40 points.
Its interesting to see if they hold the territory. Game wisethe Syrians would just bring up a huge reserve of armour and beat the small units back. However, will that happen? Are these places worthcontesting in that fashion.
Further, why dont the Jund al Aqsa militias go in another direction? Or the Syrians appear from the West and East? I think the issue is the perenial issue of logistics, ability and the fact that there is so much going on elsewhere.
Essentially the Jund al Aqsa militias seem to simply be taking village and town after village and town.
There are irregular units incluuded and I think I will start toinclude moreofthese as time goes by. However, the fabled 5up assault is still not in place.
