Sudan deploys thousands of Rapid Support Forces militia along the border to blocks people smugglers as well as a predicted exodus of refugees from Eritrea.

The UAE and Egypt later bring forces in to support Eritrea.

It is said that there are have been no conflict, but Sudan claims that Egyptian forces and Sudanese opposition are trying to topple President Omar al-Bashir who has been in power for 30 years.

Eritrean objective is to get as many smuggler and refugee units over the border and into towns and villages etc including locations with place names and no other settlement designation.

There is not much to this other than reflecting the current border tension between the two counties. Sudan has officially closed the Eritrean border stating a state of emergency.
